I looked into this a few months ago. I even read the local minutes for the Long Beach Port authority. They were planning something. Also to note, and I will need to find sauce for this so apologies, but the new and improved Long Beach Port used to lay on top on military grounds and they finally moved everything from the area. Then the port people put covers over everything so nothing could be seen from an aerial position. Sketchy!!!

CHECK this out anons! Long Beach Port is trying to get rid of truck trip and allow 10,000 foot long trains to connect DIRECTLY with the docks. This means they could traffic kids from anything directly to the port with no checks!!!
