LIve near Huntington Beach which is known as a party town located right by the pier-lots of bars/restaurants

Nice parts mixed with seedy spots

Many million dollar houses in HB and are seemingly often vacant or unoccupied. Had the feeling many are used for trafficking and nefarious purposes. Houses/upper level shopping juxtaposed with drugdealing feel

Seal beach/sunset beach feels similar but more of an old towne feel. Old timey bar scene and restaurants scattered. Kind of weird vibes in seal beach honestly.
