LBP?
I did a search on Google maps in the area of Seal Beach/Long Beach for LBP and only one result came back. GEM-LBP which is a backhoe parts company.
But when I searched for GEM-LBP the first website that came up was GEM Companies.
Here is their website and a screenshot of what they do.
The LBP.png photo showing Seal Beach (which is closer to where GEM-LBP is located) could be a clue leading to a clue leading to a dig on GEM companies.
