Here's a little more for your train tracks and Long Beach theory. I grew up in the Long Beach Housing Projects and the train would ALWAYS stop there. So often that my cousin, and I would get on it and ride it through Long Beach. There was always brand new cars, or coal being hauled. The train had no reason whatsoever to stop in the projects I never understood why it always did.
I think the train stopping had more to do with drugs being offloaded from the train into stash houses. The housing projects were insanely dangerous I seen countless murders growing up in there. I had lots of gang members ask me to run drugs for them to Chicago.

Henry Marsh was a co-founder of Monavie who was sued out of existence after running a $186.5 million scheme in which they shared over valued shares to their employees. The company was foreclosed on by Jeunesse in a obvious racketeering scheme to defraud the investors. Now the criminal eader of Jeunesse is starting something new with his criminal buddy.
