Sound impressions. I would add that much of the landscape within which Mueller’s team appears to have operated was predetermined. There seems to have been no attempt to establish whether that preset landscape was valid. A she one egregious example: Mueller appears to have made no serious attempt to validate the DNC/Crowdstrike claims that the DNC servers were hacked. He simply accepts that narrative and that Guccifer2 was both a Russian operative and was responsible for the alleged hack and transmission of emails to Wikileaks. Bill Binney and VIPS have stated publicly, and in detail, the technical reasons why that narrative is false; yet Mueller made no attempt to communicate with Binney or Assange. The Mueller investigation was targeted at the jugular of POTUS and his team based on a woven cloth of lies and innuendo. Nothing about this investigation was fair or impartial - in terms of investigatory process, let alone personnel. It must be truly galling to Mueller that, notwithstanding his thoroughly biased and predetermined investigation, he couldn’t deliver the goods against POTUS. I thank God that POTUS is not the man these bastards think he is. POTUS has been in the teeth of a political storm of unimaginable and unprecedented severity. He has been attacked and calumnied for the entirety of his presidency. The failure of a highly motivated team of political zealots to pin anything whatever on him is a vindication the like of which has never been seen in political history. And Trump still delivers, despite everything. The man is extraordinary and this nation is not worthy of him. But the United States of America, its founding ideals, and the good she might yet do in the world IS a worthy cause. I hope that DJT knows that there are many that truly appreciate him and the sacrifices he and his family have made for the benefit of all Americans and for the wider international community. It’s time for him to get the respect he so greatly deserves. We must do our part in making completely unacceptable the disgusting displays of bile and hatred of the last several years.
