i did construction work on a house near seattle on the coast that was solar and recycled rain water. all construction was eco friendly project. odd thing was all these hidden trap doors in the floors of almost all the rooms. i was only on it during a phase of construction but seemed extremely suspicious for new residential construction. how can i report location
