First, it was a gas leak which went boom a full half hour after people smelled it. Seems like a long time. Only two buildings were destroyed, a coffee shop, and Prescient Co. Only a monster blows up a coffee shop, because coffee is sent from God for night shifters.
Prescient on the other hand seems reeeeeeeaaaallllly spoopy. Founded by family from Kansas City, they attracted a seriously A-list board. Including former:
