Disagree. Regardless of what Tocqueville might or might not have said (he was not a founder, anyway), you have to read Article 2, Section 4 in context. It reads:
"The President, Vice President and all civil Officers of the United States, shall be removed from Office on Impeachment for, and Conviction of, Treason, Bribery, or other high Crimes and Misdemeanors. "
"OR OTHER" is a continuation of serious crimes, not merely being an asshole.
