shutting down the comped pipeline
this is why having trump is so important
he can see how the cabal's "business"' is set up to work
and fuck their shit up from the bottom to top, including their, in effect, HR department's talent pipeline- the super comped university system which provided cabal plants with adequate cover for placement in elite corporate and government positions

A.T. Smith is asking the people of Greenville County to trust his leadership skills. His resume has failed to provide the full truth about his tenure at the United States Secret Service.
A.T. Smith became Deputy Director of the United States Secret Service in April 2012. He was removed from that position in February 2015. He did not retire, he was invited to resign.
Here is the link to the entire 439-page report to the White House from the Congressional Committee on Oversight and Government Reform which spotlights the leadership failures of the USSS during the time A.T. Smith was second in charge. These failures in leadership lead to his removal. Read the congressional report on inner workings of the Secret Service

PBS details his resignation here: Former Secret Service No. 2 now cybercrime adviser at Immigration and Customs Enforcement
“The Secret Service said Monday that its second-ranking official was resigning his post, a departure under pressure of one of the last remaining senior managers who had presided over a string of embarrassing security lapses in recent years.
The ouster of Deputy Director Alvin “A.T.” Smith, which followed pressure from lawmakers who have called for fresh leadership at the troubled agency, came three days before he was scheduled to testify before a House oversight committee.”
A.T. Smith did not retire from the USSS due to reaching mandatory retirement age. He was forced out of the USSS in February 2015 and assigned to a different governmental department. Even though he was no longer working for the USSS he was left on the USSS payroll for nine months until his retirement age. Red tape? Bureaucracy? Strong political ties? The Congressional Committee on Oversight and Government Reform asked for the answer to that question too.
As Deputy Director, Mr. Smith directed the agency’s daily operations, including approximately 7,000 personnel and $1.8 billion budget. He also developed and implemented policy as it relates to the agency’s investigative and protective mission.
This report details failed leadership and poor decisions made by A.T. Smith and others in management positions at the USSS. A few of which are noted below. Please read through the entire report available via the link above.
• Pages 4 – 7 Table of Contents
o Details the list of concerns and reports
• Pages 109 – 113 Resignation of Deputy Director Smith
• Pages 114 – 116 Some USSS rank-and-file do not have confidence in USSS leadership.
o USSS employees increasingly believe that senior leaders do not maintain high standards of honesty and integrity, with only 22.1 percent believing that they do.

• Page 148 Adoption of New Hiring System
o FINDING: In 2013, USSS discarded applications from 400-600 qualified applicants.
o In 2011, during the hiring freeze, then-Assistant Director for Human Resources and Training Alvin “A.T.” Smith initiated a move toward a new hiring system. USSS personnel told Committee staff that USSS’s Security Clearance Division (SCD) historically maintained a “hold shelf” of several hundred qualified applications that it drew upon to offer applicants seats in training classes as openings arose.
o The hold shelf contained information on applicants for whom USSS had completed the entire security vetting process—security interview, polygraph examination, and background investigation.USSS leadership directed that all the applications on the hold shelf be tossed out. Thus, as USSS began to hire again, the agency had no applicants to choose from who had already been through the vetting process.
• Page 150 Resulting Decline in Quality of Candidates
o FINDING: USSS’s current hiring process invests significant resources in applicants who may not be eligible to receive a security clearance.
o The new hiring process had a direct negative effect on USSS’s ability to hire quality candidates and remain fully staffed.
o In its report, the panel noted: Unfortunately, the Secret Service’s hiring process in recent years has not been smooth; indeed, it is one reason why the Service does not have sufficient personnel today. The Service changed its hiring process in 2013, resulting in more applicants but a less effective process at identifying strong candidates. The agency itself reports that despite receiving thousands of applications, it has regularly taken twelve months to on-board a special agent; among other things, more than half of applicants fail the polygraph and are unable to receive the necessary security clearances.
A.T. is telling people what they find online are half-truths, outright lies, or done by a Russian blogger; and that a former member of Congress went after him. No, it was the entire Congressional Committee on Oversight and Government Reform, the entire committee of sitting congressman, both Republican and Democrat, is who demanded his removal from the USSS.
His professional failings in leadership aside, his personal conduct carrying on an extramarital affair with Bill Clinton’s cousin while working inside the Clinton White House speaks to his personal integrity.
Is A.T. Smith who you want in charge of the Greenville County Sheriff’s office? And, strangely enough, this is who many of the GOP establishment have wrapped their arms around.
Status Quo candidate? Didn’t take the time to vet his resume? Don’t care?
