Another result of housing subsidies - for ANYONE - any welfare rat, is rents that keep going up because the property owners tell the housing authority what they will be charging them.
And housing will always go along with it. And housing will pay all the damages the lowlifes do, also. This leaves honest, rule-complying, law abiding renters out in the cold.
Housing just doesn't hold any of these rats accountable. That's called Equal Housing.
