23:30 POTUS jokes about having a statue gifted to him in the white house for "at least 6 more years", He then comes back after the fact and says to a General in the audience "I was going to joke and say 10 or 14 years but that would cause bedlam…" this is the second time I recall hearing this type of comment. Would a formal military coup stall the term of a president? Seems like odd numbers to be throwing out.
