Turns out that running a standard deviation on the minute timestamps of ALL Q drops containing a reference to D5 produces a result of :19.3. Which can be rounded to :19.
Today is the 19th, but tomorrow is the 19 minute marker on the clock.
Coincidentally, the American Revolution began of April 19, 1775.
