Not sure anymore. Q’s pic is labeled LBP which seems Long Beach related.

Alsio not sure about LBP referring to the port there. I am from that LA basin area and we simply do not refer to the port in Long Beach as Long Beach Port. We call the Port of Long Beach.

There is however a Long Beach Promenade (LBP) which is actally closer to the picture in question than the Port is.
