many chronic marijuana smokers suffer from 'developmental arrest', depresses the limbic system in the brain, even thought they are adults they have the same emotional characteristics as young children. they don't grow up emotionally. one of the most tragic features of chronic use.
have no problem with psychoactive drugs used for medical conditions as prescribed.
can always tell chronic users, they always want to defend their use, always with contempt prior to investigation.
