Great bake BAKER, thank you.

Here's a reward from a cook to those who eat pizza and don't have time to go out and get delivered pizza so can stay on the board.

Take some good olive oil and put it in a glass, to start use 4-6 oz. Then add red pepper flakes so that, looking at the glass, it's about a 1 to 5 ratio in thickness, the bottom fifth being the pepper flakes. Do it and it's good to go in about an hour. Lasts for months and months.

Get your delivered pizza and drizzle some of the peppered olive oil onto the pizza with a spoon.. Anon has it on hand in a square shaped glass bottle, about 12 oz. size with a little pouring thingy on top.

Enjoy.

If you like. However anon sticks to basics. Why do people like pepperoni, sliced wafer thin, on their pizza? For the hot pepper taste.

Tell you a little story how cookanon learned this. Lived in Europe, met with ex-neighbors from the states on their first real vacation in Rome. None of us are rich people. Was at a tourist square with outdoor seating (a cheap place) and got the menu.

Looked and looked at the pizza menu, couldn't make up my mind. The waiter smiled and said: I know what you want. Said for me to order a Margarita pizza and he will bring me some special stuff. Anon's an explorer, said sure.

Out came the cheese & sauce pizza and the peppered olive oil. Anon loved it. Later asked the waiter how that oil was done, asked him how long it had to set before the heat was infused.

All anon needs on today is onions & mushrooms.

Pizzaanon says that's a slice of pizza right there. Don't need those wafer thin pepperoni slices, which jacks the price up a couple dollars.

Just drizzle on some of that slice some peppered olive oil.
