The news article about the bee hives in Notre Dame Cathedral was meant to communicate to cabal members that their corrupt infrastructure in Paris (and likely the rest of France) is still in place.
This MIGHT imply that they didn't set the fire and that white hats may have started it, or that it was an accident. Truly, I reserve my own judgement on the cause of the fire for now.
