Not to mention that it's a nontrivial effort requiring deliberate manual actions to move/copy marked emails from CLAS to UNCLAS networks (to wit, from CLAS State to clintonemail.com).

It could not be done to a thumb drive as there is no "save" function to allow copying. CLAS to UNCLAS would go through a specific request>review>approval>transmission sequence which is thoroughly vetted and logged through a computer system.

Again, it's deliberately nontrivial - and an intentional pain in the ass - and highly transparent. And any email going through this process would (by regulation) be explicitly depreciated and marked from CLAS to DECLAS.

Yet none of HRC's emails were deprecated. This is illegal and would have many many dire consequences at ANY federal agency including certain loss of clearance and probable jailtime. If State Diplomatic Security knew anything like this had been happening - and someone surely did - they would have been going ballistic as it is so egregiously subversive and illegal. A real affront to the entire institution by a political appointee. Unacceptable.

And so this raises many questions, the main ones being: who approved gaming the system; who actually did this manual transfer, and under whose direction; why did the alleged FBI investigations not include Diplomatic Security.
