Personally not sure the watch is significant but for those that do I used Photozoom @ 200% and applied some fuckery.

Hard to get anything significant but there is some contrast showing up in the five efforts on the left as opposed to the original on the right that has only been zoomed.

Try squinting your eyes.

Always helpful with graphic/photo work.
