Whether what Comey did or said helped or hurt Hillary is irrelevant, he clearly intended to help in getting a Special Counsel appointed and he even admitted it in Congressional testimony. If the basis for a Special Counsel is a fraud, like the Steele Dossier was, and it was impossible to confirm it because even the alleged author Steele couldn't (which happens to be a requirement for a FISA Warrant), then everything done was part of an illegal attempt to overthrow the President, aka, a coup de' tat.That is treasonous conduct whether you know it and understand it, or not.

His action alone in that instance is wrongdoing. Law enforcement files charges with the prosecutor, here AG Lynch, and the prosecutor decides whether to prosecute or not. To be a little redundant, Comey was never the prosecutor. In fact, as you will soon see, since Comey didn't have the authority to make that decision, technically a decision that Hilbot could hold them to was never made!
