Not sure if this helps, but as a current employee of the DOJ he HAS to tell them everything he knows, or else losing his pension along with his freedom. After he left, he would have to be subpoenaed and prolly lawyer up, if he didn't get real depressed and decide to shoot himself in the back of the head…twice!
