Following up on Anaheim Bay, Long Beach Outer Harbour.

The depth of water at that strange phenomenon is 16 metres.

The shape appears to be intaglio (indented) rather than relief.

Over in the Long Beach proper area there are other shapes and also what looks like dredging.

Have not been keeping up with this dig so don’t know where it’s at.
