>>6250208 lb Qigong fag here who just witnessed JA practising three of the "Eight Pieces of Brocade" famous from the Shaolin Temple. he is practising a 6000 year old exercise system to keep his chi levels high and immune system working. Also named Ba Duan Jinn. Three moves I saw were: alternate punching - gets the lungs working. "Sway the head and swing the tail" moves the spinal column. finally I noted the springing up and down which redistributes the Chi round the body. I practice it daily.

Yeah. The first 100 days are weird. I had hallucinations such as I saw Saturn tilting in orbit speeded up, among other things. If your body moves in such a gentle way it activates the parasympathetic nervous system which calms down the "angry" fight-flight system and balances out the cortisol hormones we are daily assaulted by at the moment in this "State of Fear (read that book by Michael Crichton). When the chi flows, you start to question how much of your body is matter and how much energy.
