It turns out The Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation has been funding the distribution of tetanus vaccine in Africa by UNICEF, which is the agency that provided Kenya with the vaccine reportedly laced with Human Chorionic Gonadatropin (HCG). That is the same Bill Gates who said: “The world today has 6.8 billion people. That’s heading up to about nine billion.
