Perhaps a part of the show. But it's truly baffling.

 

On the one hand, how could you live with someone with such stark contrasting opinions about not only your job, but your President?!

 

On the other hand, I doubt they are BOTH part of the Q plan and were asked to please play along because this is what's really going and you're an integral part to the Plan's success.

No I don't. So therefore I assume you would go with option B - that they are somehow part of the Q Plan?

 

They are relatively minor figures (imo) in the overall scheme of bigger players, that I don't understand how they could both be playing roles.

 

What would they say behind closed doors? Do they both know and participate in the Plan?

 

Seems unlikely. Less than 10 - 7 are generals.
