It sounds like you're trying too hard. The first step is to get them to agree that there's tons of misinformation out there - MSM distorts; MSM doesn't report relevant info; MSM lies. Then gently add small tidbits that you can easily prove that demonstrate fucked up things are happening that they've never heard. Slowly, you are suddenly seen as having better info than any other source. During all of this, gently let them know that there's a ton going on that you won't even get into because they wouldn't believe it. Eventually, they'll ask you. Go slow.
