WHITE-COLLAR DRUG DEALERS WILL GO FREE UNDER SESSION’S NEW WAR ON “SOME” DRUGS POLICIES

A doctor linked to allegations that Insys Therapeutics Inc paid kickbacks to doctors to prescribe their powerful Opiate drug was sentenced recently to 32 months in prison. However, the former CEO and five other former executives and managers pleaded not guilty to allegations of conspiring to bribe doctors and to defraud insurers into paying for it. Insys told shareholders that it will need to pay at least $150 million to resolve the U.S. Justice Department’s probe.

So, the big WHITE-COLLAR DRUG DEALERS will go free for 150 million pay out to DOJ, but the doctor will serve 2+ years in prison. DOES THAT SOUND LIKE JUSTICE?

Insys Therapeutics Inc. was also the company that spent $500,000 trying to keep pot illegal and recently got DEA approval for its synthetic cannabinoids.
