Long Beach Port

1st in series of digs.

As Anons have already determined, Long Beach Port is north of the image in the frame of the Q photo. If the title of the photo, LBP, is significant, then, it may point toward a view of Long Beach Port from the vantage point of Seal Beach area.

On the south side of the Seal Beach Jetty (visible in the Q photo) is Seal Beach โ€“ the beach โ€“ and generally north of the jetty is Long Beach โ€“ the beach. Or so it seems. Can CA Anons confirm, please?

So first pic here is an embellishment of the "location" shot in Q Post 3313. The large formatted Q image is used as a sort of legend to map the other views of the area.

First the full pic/map. Followed by smaller portions. And moar.

Long Beach Port.

  1. Attempted decode.

1st & 10 on the 40.

Putting aside potential code for 40 โ€ฆ

Find 1st & 10: HWY 1 and 10th Street, Seal Beach municipality. Follow 10th Street to the beach. Vicinity of the Seal Beach Pier.

  1. Cross ref with link to Sara's tweet, timestamp 11:39 AM - 18 Apr 2019.

1st and 10 ~ 1 plus 10 = 11

on the 40 ~ 39 plus 1 [strike the repeated 1 from above]

This at least locates the area in the Q photo even if we are to read the photo title, LBP, as Long Beach Port.

Maybe CA Anons can help: Is the pier also known as Long Beach Pier, locally? Is the beach known as Long Beach (not the municipality but the shoreline)?

Re Long Beach Port. This is the last portion of series of images that help establish location within the frame of the Q photo in post 3313.

Working assumption is that this is the vantage point from which to view Long Beach, if not Long Beach Port. For instance, routes to and fro.

These are islands off the coast, v. nearby.

TY Anon.

The photo title in Q Post 3313 is LBP.PNG so Anons, including this one, assumed (perhaps in error) that the title referred to the name of the location.

Given what you have said, then, perhaps the reference is not to the Port of LB? Or perhaps it is a reference to non-locals?

Do mariners refer to it as "The Port of Long Beach"?

Boeing, Raytheon, might point to heightened security issues โ€“ for those company offices? Seems like there would be heavy traffic in a beach area, very broad public access in general vicinity?

The tower might be manned 24 hours? Or, at least, equipped with security cams monitored 24 hours? IDK.

Using Google maps the panoramic view is quiet good, natch, for monitoring a very large area.

Is there a local police capability for action on water? Facility nearby? Or would local be redundant given other LE resources along the coast?

Given info provided earlier by Anon, this image is mistaken to include "Long Beach / Seal Beach Pier". The pier is known locally by the name Seal Beach Pier. The beach is known locally as Seal Beach.

Corrected image attached here.

Federal officials seize more than 200 pounds of cocaine in Port Hueneme

https://www.latimes.com/local/lanow/la-me-ln-cocaine-seizure-port-hueneme-20190215-story.html

FEB 15, 2019

Federal law enforcement officials seized more than 220 pounds of cocaine last month on two ships that arrived in Port Hueneme in Ventura County, officials said Friday.

The first stash, about 204 pounds, was discovered on Jan. 22 by U.S. Customs and Border Patrol officers who boarded a refrigerated ship that had arrived from Ecuador. Agents found 80 bundles of the drug wrapped and hidden under the boatโ€™s floorboards.

Six days later, agents found seven more bundles weighing more than 17 pounds under the floor of a cargo ship from Guatemala.

The seizures, part of a joint effort between Border Patrol agents and the U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement, were the biggest drug bust at the port in decades, the agencies said.

โ€œThis is the largest drug seizure at Port Hueneme in the last quarter of a century,โ€ said LaFonda Sutton-Burke, CBP port director of the Los Angeles/Long Beach Seaport and Port Hueneme. โ€œIโ€™m extremely proud of the results of this joint effort; it shows the professionalism, vigilance and keen focus of both agencies in preventing dangerous drugs into our communities.โ€

Earlier this month, Border Patrol officials in Los Angeles announced they had found more than 1.7 tons of methamphetamine, cocaine and heroin in two containers being shipped from the Los Angeles-Long Beach port to Australia.

LA - Aussie Drug Bust, FEB 2019.

Coincided with the military exercises - including night flights of choppers in urban areas.

Context: Q Post referred to need for joint nation-nation actions to repair damaged relations. Need to id that post but sure I remember it correctly.

That big bust was a joint operation as it also had action in Aussie port(s). And others in Asia-Pacific.

Moar, slightly odd, context: Koala is a publication that featured university drug culture. Seems rather ahead of its time โ€“ in regards to things now featured here in light of Trump Admin. Pic related.

Moar on Koala.

Included is reference to the Q post that referred to need to repair relations with LE agencies of other countries.

It also referenced Koala.

Does UK stand w/ the US or only select divisions within the US?

Does AUS stand w/ the US or only select divisions within the US?

Will immediate action(s) be 'publicly' taken within each country to REUNIFY THE BOND that was once held PRIOR TOโ€ฆ..[CLAS 9]?

Aussie Anons, it may be a tiresome cliche that foreigners link Koala and AUS so readily. But is the term steeped in multiple meanings, locally?

In CA the KOALA publication was definitely drug-related and university-related but also big on rejection of political correctness. It was a campus-specific thing, at first, but bigger eventually.

Maybe not so much today. IDK. Out of the scene.

Increasingly a fine line for public exhaustion with investigations and smears; versus fed-up with abuses of power, cynical of all politicos, demanding action to set right the ship of state.

POTUS has some serious selling to do, still. As do we all!
