FBI Arrests Leader of Militia Group Stopping Illegal Aliens in New Mexico

The FBI on Saturday arrested Larry Hopkins, the leader of the militia group that is stopping ‘asylum seekers’ after they illegally cross over the US border into New Mexico.

Hopkins was arrested shortly after the anti-American ACLU accused the militia group of kidnapping and illegally detaining the aliens.

Hopkins, 69, also known as Johnny Horton, was arrested in Sunland Park, New Mexico, on a federal complaint charging him with being a felon in possession of firearms and ammunition, the Federal Bureau of Investigation said in a statement.

“We’re not worried about it, he’s going to be cleared,” said Jim Benvie, a spokesman for the United Constitutional Patriots (UCP), blaming his arrest on political pressure from Lujan Grisham.

Hopkins is the “national commander” of the UCP, which has had around half a dozen members camped out on a rotating basis near Sunland Park since late February.

More than 300 ‘asylum seekers’ trying to illegally cross the US border this weekend surrendered to an armed militia of New Mexico citizens comprised of ex-cops and veterans.

This is what happens when the US government doesn’t even uphold its most basic commitment to the American people, to secure the borders from invaders.

The militia then handed over the detained aliens to US border patrol.

The militia immediately came under attack — PayPal and GoFundMe banned the group of armed citizens from being able to raise money.

In a statement to BuzzFeed, PayPal claimed that the group violated their “Acceptable Use Policy.”

“The account associated with United Constitutional Patriots has been closed due to a violation of our Acceptable Use Policy,” the spokesperson told BuzzFeed News. “We do not allow PayPal services to be used to promote hate, violence, or other forms of intolerance that is discriminatory.”

Mark Cheney, who identified himself to BuzzFeed as the “commander” of the militia, said that the bans have “killed” their efforts.

“They killed us,” Cheney said. “I have to find some other way for people to donate.”

There is a crisis at the US-Mexico border and the Democrats and activist judges are fighting President Trump at every turn.

In March alone, over 100,000 illegal aliens were detained by US border patrol.

According to reports, over 1.5 million illegal aliens will enter the United States in 2019 if the surge continues at the current rate.

Instead of arresting the illegal alien invaders, the FBI arrests an American man who is defending the borders. Let that sink in.

Assange arrest shows Moreno ‘CIA asset,’ turning country into ‘vassal’ state – Ecuador’s former FM

The decision of Ecuador’s government to terminate Julian Assange’s asylum is “savagery” and has heavily damaged the dignity of the county, which caved in to the US as if it was its “vassal,” former FM Ricardo Patino told RT.

The former official, who is a vocal supporter of the WikiLeaks co-founder, believes the arrest of Assange has greatly damaged the image of Ecuador, its constitution, as well as the international law as a whole.

“This is an insult to the dignity of our country, it is lawlessness – to allow the British police to enter our embassy and pull out the person we gave asylum to. And according to our constitution and international agreements it is forbidden to extradite him, this is called the principle of non-refoulement,” Patino told RT Spanish in an exclusive interview.

The country’s laws explicitly prohibit handing over its citizens to be persecuted under foreign laws, Patino noted. Patino then accused the incumbent president of being a puppet of the CIA, tasked with destroying the legacy of his socialist predecessors.

“All that Moreno does is an attempt to completely destroy what we have built. Undoubtedly, it was planned and it was planned with the CIA involvement. Lord Ahmed of Rotherham Facing New Charge of Buggery Against Boy Under 11

Lord Ahmed of Rotherham has been charged with another alleged historic child sex offence at Sheffield Crown Court.

A former Labour councillor and magistrate elevated to the House of Lords as a life peer by Tony Blair in the 1990s, Pakistan-born Nazir Ahmed had already been charged with two counts of attempting to rape a girl under 16 and one count of indecently assaulting a boy under 14, between 1971 and 1974, at Sheffield Magistrates’ Court.

An additional charge of buggery against a boy under 11 has been added to his charge sheet at the higher Sheffield Crown Court, the Rotherham Advertiser reports.

Ahmed, of East Bawtry Road, Rotherham, has not entered any pleas during his hearings, but the BBC reports his lawyer, Haroon Shah, as saying he will be pleading not guilty to all of the charges against him.

Ahmed’s brother Mohamed Farouq, 68, of Worrygoose Lane, Rotherham, is also facing charges, and has pleaded not guilty to four counts of indecently assaulting a boy under 14 between 1968 and 1972.

Another brother, Mohammed Tariq, of Gerard Road, Rotherham, pleaded not guilty to two counts of indecently assaulting a boy under 14 between 1970 and 1972.

The trio have been granted unconditional bail ahead of a trial date, set several months from now on December 2nd.

Chicago's police superintendent recently admitted that his officers often look the other way when they see bad cops breaking the law.

Eddie Johnson—whose base salary is over a quarter of a million annually—told the Chicago Sun Times in an interview that cops “look the other way” all the time when it comes to witnessing misconduct within their ranks. “It’s no secret that if you go against the code of silence, and you report corruption, it will ruin your career,” Spalding said.

Spalding and her partner Daniel Echeverria uncovered a massive level of corruption in their department, leading to the arrest of other officers. However, being good cops got them threatened with “going home in a casket.”

This cycle of the “blue line” of protection can only persist for so long before there is no one left with enough courage to call out the corruption.

In his interview with the Sun Times, Johnson’s words suggest that this is already happening.

“Do I think there might be officers that look the other way? Yeah, I do. … There are a lot of reasons why cops might not report misconduct. If they see their partner engage in misconduct, they may look the other way,” he said.

“Do I think there are issues in that regard? Yeah.” said Johnson, stopping short of calling out the systemic problem, adding, “But I’ m not going to indict the entire department for the acts of certain individuals … If I’m made aware of it, I deal with it.”

When the Times rhetorically asked the question of “isn’t that the very definition of ‘code of silence’,” the superintendent noted that there is no definition of it in the dictionary.

With lawsuits mounting against Roche, the company pulled Lariam out of the USA market circa 2009, although there are still generic versions of mefloquine in the marketplace.

ISIS Reemerges Near Hajin, Kills And Injures 15 US-Backed Fighters

ISIS cells have killed and injured 13 fighters of the US-Backed Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF) near Hajin in the Middle Euphrates River Valley in an attack marking its return to the strategic city that was cleared last year.

The terrorist group’s news agency, Amaq, said that a truck transporting several SDF fighters was successfully targeted with an improvised-explosive device (IED) while it was moving in the vicinity of Hajin.

“As a result, 7 apostates who were aboard it [the truck] were killed and 6 others were injured, Praise be to god,” a statement by Amaq, released on April 20, reads.

Hajin, which controls several key roads in the Euphrates Valley, was liberated from ISIS in December of 2018. Back then, the US-led coalition and the SDF allowed hundreds of ISIS fighters to withdraw from the city.

The new attack indicates that the ISIS cells are still active in Hajin, despite multiple security operations by the US-led coalition. The upcoming few months may witness more, and even bigger, attacks by the terrorist group in this area.

France Warned Lebanon That Israel Could Attack Hezbollah

France warned Lebanon that Israel could attack precision-guided rockets of Hezbollah, the London-based al-Hayat newspaper reported on April 20 citing Arab diplomatic sources.

“The French- who have so far been content as observers – inserted themselves into the Iranian line tightening around Syria and Lebanon, including Hezbollah, and joined in the escalating tone of American Secretary of State Mike Pompeo,” the sources said.

According to the sources, France believes that the Lebanese government should take steps to ensure that precision-guided rocket systems will not have a presence in the country.

Last year, Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu vowed to deliver a “crushing blow” to Hezbollah if it uses its precision rockets. Later during a speech at the U.N. General Assembly in New York, the Israeli PM claimed that Hezbollah had placed three rocket sites near the Lebanese capital of Beirut.

In response to these threats, senior Hezbollah officials stressed that the Lebanese movement will respond to any attack by Israel on Lebanon.

France’s warning appears to be a part of the ongoing US-led pressure on Iran, Hezbollah and Syria. Washington hopes that its pressure will force Teheran and its allies to shift their policies. However, this is not likely to happen.

Easter: eggs, hares, lamb and the return of warmth and sunshine – a Christian festival that feels pagan

There’s a lot of confusion about Easter – not least because this most important of all Christian festivals moves around so much from year to year, decided by a complex set of calculations based on the vernal equinox and the phase of the moon. Easter symbols – eggs, bunnies, lambs and the rest – give the festivities an air of pre-Christian paganism.

So where do the origins of Easter and the rituals observed by so many – whether Christian or not – really lie?

The first mention of Eostre is in the eighth century, in The Venerable Bede’s frustratingly cryptic account of the native Anglo-Saxon calendar in De Temporum Ratione (On the Reckoning of Time). The Anglo-Saxon equivalent of April called Eostremonath is named for the goddess Eostre – but we only know about Eostre via Bede’s writings and the only thing he tells us about her is that “feasts were celebrated” in her honour. So, if modern Easter is frequently a festival of overeating, this has tradition on its side.

But Eostre was evidently significant enough for the Anglo-Saxons to later transfer her name to the Christian festival of the resurrection rather than adopting the Latin name “Pascha”.

Similarly, Easter is “Ostern” in German – which implies she must have been known outside England. Confusingly, the great 19th-century folklorist and philologist, Jacob Grimm, invented a German goddess called Ostara – “the divinity of the radiant dawn, upspringing light, a spectacle that brings joy and blessing” – on purely etymological grounds: the name is derived from a proto-Indo-European root meaning “to shine”. But Grimm didn’t present a shred of supporting evidence that such a deity had ever been worshipped in Germany, leaving us with just Bede to go on.

Easter roughly coincides with the spring equinox – so there is a good deal of lore attached to the season which is not actually Christian. Easter is preceded by Lent – a period of fasting in memory of Christ’s 40 days in the wilderness. But it is also a season when, in pre-modern Europe, food would have been running low. Winter supplies would have been coming to an end and there was not enough sun and spring growth yet for hens to start laying and cows to give milk. In a sense, therefore, Easter is a natural feast – to celebrate passing out of that hardship.

The “anti-Semitism” slur is “something like a tactical discussion stopper, employed to end all dispute while also condemning those accused of the crime as somehow outside the pale, monsters who are consigned forever to derision and obscurity,” Giraldi powerfully argued in his recent piece.

Israeli settlers storm al-Aqsa Mosque, perform Passover prayers

More than 150 Israeli settlers have stormed the al-Aqsa Mosque compound in the occupied Old City of East Jerusalem al-Quds under the protection of Israeli forces.

The Palestinian Ma’an news agency, citing spokesperson for the Islamic Waqf (Endowment) organization Firas al-Dibs, said that a total of nearly 167 Israeli settlers entered the compound through the Moroccan Gate in the early hours of Sunday and throughout the afternoon.

He said the settlers, who were being escorted by heavily-armed Israeli forces, provocatively toured the holy site to celebrate the Jewish holiday of Passover, also known as Pesach.

Dibs further said that a large group of Israeli settlers performed Jewish religious rituals in the compound, which sits just above the Western Wall plaza and houses both the Dome of the Rock and al-Aqsa mosques.

Locals say Israeli settlers routinely “raid” the sacred compound via the Moroccan Gate, tour the site, and leave through the Chain Gate.
