I had Easter Brunch with family- mostly native Seal Beach and Huntington Beacher's….. Casually asked- "Anybody know anything about submarines off of Seal Beach coast?" 2-3 people said, "Oh yea- thats the drug cartels submarine". Guess it happens all of the time- filled with 200M dollars of cocaine. They either off load immediately or abandon the sub and others come by later to do.
