Q said Israel will be dealt with last, right?

It's been in the news recently that the Israeli Peace Plan/2-State solution will not be unveiled until after Ramadan.

Ramadan will be 5/6 to 6/4.

Is it possible that "dealing with Israel (last)" will coincide with the peace plan?

If so, does that mean that the Declass - OIG - Huber - Arrests - etc, etc, etc will be wrapped up by 6/4?
