For all those NASA tragics - a rough graph plotting the altitude of manned flight since the Wright brothers in 1903.
One of the entries sticks out a little.
Being that Apollo 11 was half a century ago, one would think we could have come somewhere close in the intervening years.
Apart from space travel, what other technology peaked 50 years ago and hasn't moved forward one iota since?
I understand the reasons for the cold war lies, still I feel sorry for the people of the world who were lied to and especially the many who still believe in the lie.
