papadopolis was given counterfeit or marked bills by an israeli agent
fbi was looking frantically through his luggage for it;
papa's wife told him to give it to his lawyer, which saved his ass
coup started in 2015 when Trump announced as a candidate
evidence that people in CIA began to develop evidence w/ help of HRC people
this will come out because of Nunez' criminal referrals to DOJ
Barr will impanel a Grand Jury to investigate the actions of people in Obama administration
3:50 - question: Meadows says indictments coming from Inspector General report
Nunez and Meadows have met with Horowitz (IG's report to Congress as well as Executive)
this likely would be for FISA and for leaking
in April 2017 the chief judge of the FISA court issued a ruling which was ultimately declassified by the DNI which categoried 5 years of illegal spying on Americans by contractors for the FBI
all of this illegal activity was conducted by senior officials at FBI with the knowledge of senior officials at DOJ
this will lead to criminal charges against all those involved - for violating the espionage act
Question: Horowitz and Huber in concerted effort, prosecutions ?
A: don't know, could be a fake by Sessions, "Sessions was such an abomination as AG"
truth is, Huber has done nothing that anyone knows about, no indictments, no report, no idea what the hell he's doing, he's a nothing as far as I'm concerned
6:10 – Question: indictment of Julian Assange, for hacking assistance, but not Russians
A= because there's no evidence of Assange/Russian involvement
this shows how bankrupt the Mueller investigation really was
what is left of Mueller's reputation will be destroyed by the future indictments on this
7:50 – Question: Roger Stone wants full copy of Mueller report and wants charges dropped
A = he may have a good chance of getting the report, as it relates to his innocence
and Weismann's history as a prosecutorial thug known for unprofessional acts
both he and Manafort have more of a right to use the report than does Congress, constitutionally
it would have to be sealed if it is used
a special magistrate is assigned to look at the documents for what might be pertinent
but it has to be given to him in a usable form,
he has a constitutional right to any exculpatory evidence that proves his innocence
Mueller and Weismann have a history of hiding such evidence, never made accountable
11:00 – concerns about what McGann might have said to Special Counsel team
A = he was Trump's lawyer, yes, likely Trump has said some furious things
"Let me tell you something
the next two years are going to be about senior DOJ, CIA, FBI people for violating the criminal laws of the United States. It's not gonna be about Donald Trump. It's gonna be about those corrupt people."
Di Genova then says that it was Jean Shaheen that said the word "spying" it wasn't Barr.
Barr just followed up w/ an agreement. Then the Democrats lose their minds about it.
People in the CIA call what they do "spying" so it's not a strange word to use.
Dems are just deflecting from the obvious, or worse. It's fundamental dishonesty.
The reason they don't like it is because it is extremely descriptive and accurate.
13:45 - Mike Rogers, head of NSA, right after the election, before the inauguration went to Trump and told him that everyone was being SPIED upon
14:08 - Question: when are we gonna hear from Mike Rogers again?
A = Rogers has done what Clapper and Brennan SHOULD have done. He's shut up. He's waiting to be subpoened for a Grand Jury. I'm sure he's been interviewed voluntarily by Horowitz –
"because Admiral Rogers is the great hero in this entire scandal, because he went to the FISA court and told Judge Collier about the massive illegal activity by the FBI over five years,
"you need to know about it and you need to shut it down" And she did.
And that's when John Carlin and Ash Carter (a name rarely mentioned) tried to get Admiral Rogers fired, as did also Clapper and Brennan. He wasn't fired because they couldn't possibly have done it.
He will be testifying in a series of grand juries against senior FBI and DOJ officials because he knows that they lied under oath to the FISA court and other courts as well.
