Have to interject because…words matter. There is no such thing as Child Sex Abuse. A Child knows nothing of sex, isn't interested in sex, doesn't want sex…it is Child Rape and Child Torture so, imo, the meme should read like:
Hey poopy francis, if you could demand mandatory reporting of CHILD RAPE and CHILD TORTURE, That would be great.
imo, the only "sex" involved is the perverted mind of the adult raping or torturing a child, thinking the child is enjoying the violence and blood of a rape and torture.
