Probably. It makes me wonder if that's meant to be a mystery school. Whew, how to explain that shit for someone who's never heard of it… Basically, for most of the world's religions, you've got the priest class and the parish class. Shepherd & sheep, ruler & subjects. Only the priests were allowed to know what the holy texts actually meant. A mystery school was a place of initiation where the new inductees learned some of the secret meanings. When I read about it, false paths were among some of the "obstacles" an initiate had to overcome. Some people think the Great Pyramid was a mystery school once upon a time, but we'll probably never know.
Don't put too much weight in my description, though. I've never been inducted into a super sekrit club. I just read theories about it some years ago.
