So I don't know how to embed the video straight here. At around 3:50 into this Alan Dershowitz drops bombs about precedents for obstruction. Namely that Bush already obstructed when he pardoned Casper Weinburger and 5 others on the eve of their trial. Muller was in the Bush administration obviously, as was Barr.
