Yes, but even KJV has serious flaws… Starting in Genesis 1:2

In Genesis 1:2 we have “And the Earth was without form, and void”. Take a good look at that word “Was”.

In the Hebrew Manuscript the word is “Hayah”. This word in English translates to “Become”, “Became”, or “Came to Pass”.

In fact, this same word “Hayah” is translated correctly to “Become”, “Became”, “Came to Pass” in dozens of other passages, such as Genesis 2:7 (and the man became a living being), Genesis 4:3 (And in process of time it came to pass), Genesis 9:15 (and the waters shall no more become), Genesis 19:26 (and she became a pillar of salt), Exodus 32:1 (we do not know what has become of him), Deuteronomy 27:9 (You have now become the people of the LORD), 2Samuel 7:24 (and you, LORD, have become their God), and on ect…

Only 1 place I have ever found that is it translated “Was”; and that's Genesis 1:2

Wonder why they didn't want to say “And the Earth Became without form, and void”?
