Have experienced several periods of depression in my life
Been thru several rounds of antidepressant drugs that didn't really help
But adding some simple exercise really did help
I'm about 30 lbs overweight and I hate running and that shit, hurts my knees & hips
But walking is fine
I cleaned out the basement one time (okay with a whole bunch of coffee in my system) and that helped a bunch
Just basically anything that puts your body to work
Will be thinking about you, man. We're rootin' for ya.
