Q has made clear there is clear definition between right and wrong, good and evil. It has NOTHING to do with what is technically legal at this time.
Ex.: It was technically legal in this country at one time to own another person and take the fruits of their labor for your own benefit. This didn't make it moral or right. Just technically legal.
