the only way to discuss that topic without being described by it is to point out, and only point out, that the one who brings it up is most likely the most like that, one who hates baseless simply because of their delusion of what they imagine and what they don't even percieve, needing a special word for it.
sadly it is a real thing, however, the problem mostly exists because of those who use it as an excuse and expect it in others, who don't even display that quality, and claim to draw it out when, in fact, it's merely someone loving saying 'get over your self.
