Paul was writing to to people, who were not Jewish, who were converting from paganism to Christianity.
Jewish converts to Christianity were critizing pagan converts to Christianity.
Days and months are all named after pagan gods. We, Christians, are in this world but we are not of this world.
What's important is what is in our minds and in our hearts.

I really didn't know too much about Trump until I saw him debate when it was down to him and four other republicans. He was center stage with two contenders on either side of him. He totally dominated that debate. It was the first debate that I've ever found to be entertaining. I decided that night that Trump was the guy I would vote for in the primaries.
The more I found out about him, the more I liked him.
