Elon Musk says a machine to connect the human brain to computers is "coming soon"
Elon Musk has revealed his Neuralink startup is close to announcing the first brain-machine interface to connect humans and computers.
The entrepreneur took to Twitter to tell followers the technology would be “coming soon” – though he failed to provide details.
Neuralink was set up in 2016 with the ambitious goal of developing hardware to enhance the human brain, however, little about how this will work has been made public.
The startup’s website, which is advertising vacancies for 11 different jobs, describes the futuristic technology as an “ultra-high bandwidth” connection between the human brain and computers.
Mr Musk has frequently claimed the rapid rise of artificial intelligence poses an existential risk to humanity. Such an interface, he says, is essential if humans are to compete with such technology in the future.
At a technology conference in 2016, Mr Musk said humans risked being treated like house pets by AI machines if a brain-computer interface was not built.
“I don’t love the idea of being a house cat, but what’s the solution?” he said. “I think one of the solutions that seems maybe the best is to add an AI layer.”
Speaking last year on The Joe Rogan Experience podcast, Mr Musk said Neuralink’s technology would allow humans to “effectively merge with AI”.
A paper published in Nature Nanotechnology in 2015 described a concept for this connection, explaining how a flexible circuit could be injected into a living brain.
“We’re trying to blur the distinction between electronic circuits and neural circuits,” said Harvard researcher Charles Lieber, who co-authored the study.
“We have to walk before we can run, but we think we can really revolutionise our ability to interface with the brain.”

The CABAL's 9-11
Barbara Olson
Most of us know Barbara Olson as the panicked woman who called her husband, United States Solicitor General Theodore Olsen, from AA Flight 77. She informed him of the hijack in progress, and also reported the plane heading towards the urban area of Washington. The problem is that cellphones don’t work at such high altitude. There are way too many conflicting accounts of her phone call(s). And it is more likely that her phone calls were a poorly thought touch of drama for the official story of 9/11.
Barbara Olson ended up on Flight 77 because she was heading for a scheduled appearance on Bill Maher’s Politically Incorrect.
Was there a chance that she was deliberately placed on Flight 77? Few are aware of Barbara’s past as a fiery whistleblower, who led the Travelgate and Filegate investigations into the Clinton administration.
John Patrick O’Neill
John O’Neill is probably the most prominent victim of the 9/11 Cover-up. O’Neill was FBI’s lead investigator on Bin Laden. As early as 1996, O’Neill headed a special FBI unit on Bin Laden. Being a non-elitist truth-seeker, O’Neill quickly met swift opposition from the CIA’s Bin Laden investigation unit (named Alec Station), headed by Michael Scheuer. The CIA avoided sharing any information with him. The Powers That Be played a wicked game of preventing O’Neill from digging too deep into the terrorist networks responsible for 9/11. Had O’Neill succeeded in his investigations, the terrorist trail may have led him straight to the doorstep of The Powers That Be.
In 1998, the US embassies in Kenya and Tanzania were bombed. Shortly after, Sudanese intelligence officials arrested two Pakistanis in connection with the bombing, and hinted that an FBI interview could be arranged with the suspects. O’Neill jumped at the opportunity and was in the process of arranging an interview. However, The Powers That Be made swift moves to block O’Neill’s interview. The Clinton administration bombed a Sudanese pharmaceutical factory which wasn’t involved in any terrorist activity. The purpose of this exercise was to make the Sudanese government back down from its offer of allowing the terrorist suspects to be interviewed by O’Neill.
Later in 1998, the Azerbaijani government arrested Ahmed Salama Mabruk, a confidante of Ayman Al-Zawahiri. His computer files revealed organisational charts of terrorist networks. To block this information, the CIA kidnapped Mabruk from Azerbaijan and sent him to Egypt. However, O’Neill still managed to get Mabruk’s computer files from the Azerbaijani government.
More later in 1998, the Saudi government would go to great lengths to frustrate O’Neill’s investigation into the US embassy bombings. According to Guillaume Dasquié, O’Neill’s investigators would arrive in Saudi Arabia to find that key witnesses had been executed the day before[1].
In January 2000, the CIA finally shared information with O’Neill about a terrorist summit in Malaysia. But they hid from O’Neill, the identity of one of the attendees, Khalid Almihdhar, who had a US visa! Almihdhar was one of the alleged 9/11 hijackers. The meeting was also attended by Khallad bin Attash, who is said to have commanded the USS Cole bombing. Nawaf Alhazmi, another alleged 9/11 hijacker was also present. The CIA had photographed both Attash and Alhazmi at the meeting but did not share the photographs with O’Neill.
In late 2000, O’Neill headed an FBI team in Yemen investigating the bombing of the USS Cole, only to find his efforts frustrated by US Ambassador to Yemen Barbara Bodine. Almihdhar was in Yemen that time, and could have easily been tracked down by O’Neill.
In July 2001, O’Neill travelled to Spain. He could have been hot on the heels of the 9/11 hijackers as his movements mirror theirs across Spain. But they always managed to stay one step ahead of him. As 11th September 2001 approached, more blatant efforts were made to throw O’Neill off the investigation. He was put under investigation for missing briefcase (which was found intact) and the incident was used to malign him in the New York Times (19/08/2001). O’Neill suspected that an interim FBI director was responsible for the New York Times article. O’Neill retired from the FBI in August 2001.
O’Neill was then given a job as Head of Security at the World Trade Center. But his employer, Silverstein Properties, insisted that he start working in the first week of September. He was given an office on the 34th floor of the South Tower.
To further make sure O’Neill died on 9/11, his employer arranged a meeting at 8 AM on September 11th 2001, to discuss security with O’Neill. Key figures from his employer did not attend the meeting. And O’Neill and all the other meeting attendees died on 9/11. If there was one man who could have stopped 9/11, that would have been John O’ Neill.
Dr. David Graham
Dr. David Graham was a Shreveport dentist who claimed to have met two of the 9/11 hijackers, Nawaf Alhazmi and Fayed Banihammad, ten months before 9/11. This is the same Nawaf Al-Hazmi that the CIA was protecting from John O’Neill’s scrutiny (See previous section on John O’Neill). Sander Hicks reasonably argues that Alhazmi and Almihdhar may have been agents of both the CIA and Saudi Intelligence, given the manner in which they always escaped scrutiny.
Dr. Graham also developed a trusting relationship with possible FBI informant M. J. Khan, a Pakistani who provided money and shelter to Alhazmi and Almihdhar. He secretly videotaped his meetings with Khan. Interestingly, in one of the videos, Khan gloats that he had access to women in the US military. During one visit to Khan’s residence in October 2000, he bumped into Nawaf Alhazmi and Fayed Banihammad! Khan seemed to have some connection to the Barksdale Airforce base, and a concerned Dr. Graham contacted the FBI in November 2000 and met with an agent. After 9/11, he again contacted the FBI to ask why his warnings were not investigated. The FBI denied meeting him the first time!
In June 2002, shots were fired in the ground at Graham’s residence as he was about to head to Washington to testify before the 9/11 Commission. Khan was arrested following 9/11 in a money laundering case and Graham was scheduled to testify at his deportation hearing but the hearing was never held, and Khan was let go. Khan later returned to Pakistan. Interestingly, the FBI added a condition to his release that he could be still prosecuted for 9/11!
Dr. Graham then tried publishing a memoir, “The Graham Report: The true story of three 9-11 hijackers who were reported to the FBI 10 months before 9-11.”
Around May 2004, while passing alone through a small town in Texas, Dr. David Graham was poisoned. His family believe something was slipped into his milkshake. The FBI agent who initially interviewed him before 9/11 began to suggest to reporters that Graham had mental problems and even tried to convince Dr. Graham’s doctors of the same. In September 2006, Dr. Graham finally succumbed to the poisoning and died. It seems that Dr. Graham accepted the fact that he was going to die. Except that he was planning to go down heroically, shooting his assailants in a hail of gunfire. There are reports that he had begun sleeping with a loaded AK-47 next to his bed.

Dr. Graham’s death carries a valuable lesson for would-be whistle-blowers. Dr. Graham should have never assumed that the authorities were on the same side. Secondly, he should have been very secretive about publishing his memoir. Apparently, he had taken the “Land of the Free” jazz a bit too seriously.
Beverly Eckert
Beverly Eckert’s husband Sean Rooney died on the 98th floor of the World Trade Center’s South Tower. After 9/11, she refused to accept a cash settlement from the government and instead sued the governments of USA and Saudi Arabia. Accepting a cash settlement would mean forfeiting the right to sue all public and private parties whose negligence contributed to 9/11. This trick was used to ensure very little details of 9/11 trickled out through such lawsuits. Eckert was the co-founder of the Family Steering Committee, a group of twelve 9/11 family members whose persistent campaigning resulted in the creation of the 9/11 Commission in 2002. Although the 9/11 Commission did more to obfuscate than to shed light, Eckert remained undeterred and continued to lobby for more investigation into 9/11. As early as October 2001, Eckert had cofounded Voices of September 11th, an advocacy group and an online information clearing house for 9/11 related material.
In a statement made to USA Today on 19th December 2003, Eckert said
I’ve chosen to go to court rather than accept a payoff from the 9/11 victims compensation fund. Instead, I want to know what went so wrong with our intelligence and security systems that a band of religious fanatics was able to turn four U.S passenger jets into an enemy force, attack our cities and kill 3,000 civilians with terrifying ease. I want to know why two 110-story skyscrapers collapsed in less than two hours and why escape and rescue options were so limited.
By suing, I’ve forfeited the “$1.8 million average award” for a death claim I could have collected under the fund. Nor do I have any illusions about winning money in my suit. What I do know is I owe it to my husband, whose death I believe could have been avoided, to see that all of those responsible are held accountable. If we don’t get answers to what went wrong, there will be a next time. And instead of 3,000 dead, it will be 10,000. What will Congress do then?
So I say to Congress, big business and everyone who conspired to divert attention from government and private-sector failures: My husband’s life was priceless, and I will not let his death be meaningless. My silence cannot be bought.
Eckert also lobbied the government for a reform of US Intelligence. In February 2009, she met with President Obama to discuss the closing of the Guantanamo Bay prison (which Obama later reneged on). A week later (12th February 2009), she died in a plane crash. Like 9/11 in which her husband had died, her plane crash was also the result of negligence and procedural failure….and maybe even more. Contributors at Lets Roll 911 had independently discovered that the 911 body count had been inflated to “Pearl Harbour” levels by “zombie” victims. And since the “zombie” victims had no genuine families or documentation, very few of them came forward to claim compensation. Given the work Eckert had done among families of 9/11 victims, she probably could have gathered a lot of evidence on this issue. And it is possible that she naively bought into the hope/change jazz, and disclosed what she knew to President Obama.
Senator Paul Wellstone
The democrat Senator representing Minnesota was probably Bush’s biggest enemy. He voted against the Iraq war. He voted against the creation of the Department for Homeland Security. He also voted against giving the President too much power in the Iraq war. But the vote that probably earned him his death sentence was voting in favour of an independent commission for investigating 9/11. He also believed 9/11 to be an inside job. To quote Pat O’ Reilly, a close friend of the Senator,
“I asked him how his week had been. He said, ‘it’s been tough. Vice President Cheney called me in and told me to get on their bandwagon or there would be serious ramifications in Minnesota. ‘And stop sticking your nose into 9/11; there are some rumors going around, but we are going to get to the bottom of this.’ When Paul made this statement, there were about 10 military veterans standing around us, and he spoke to them about 9/11…’There are so many things going on about 9/11 that just don’t make sense…’ Wellstone knew 9/11 was staged. Wellstone was after 9/11.”
Wellstone died on October 25th 2002 (along with seven others) when his Beechcraft crashed into dense forest two miles from Eveleth Airport. This crash became the subject of a book by Don Jacobs and James Fetzer, American Assassination: The Strange Death of Senator Paul Wellstone. The NTSB official who investigated the case was a Bush appointee, who earlier had ruled no foul play in the strange plane crash that killed Democratic Senatorial candidate Mel Carnahan, three weeks before his expected victory over John Ashcroft. Even though the NTSB was expected to handle the crash scene, the FBI did. No cockpit recorder or black box was ever found (all aircraft are legally required to have them). The consensus among conspiracy theorists is that the plane was hit by some kind of electromagnetic pulse. Around that time, cell phones and garage door openers ceased working in the vicinity.
Barry Jennings
Barry Jennings was the former New York Housing Authority Emergency Coordinator when 9/11 happened. After the first tower was hit, he and Michael Hess, New York’s Corporation Counsel, headed to the emergency command center of the Mayor’s Office of Emergency Management on the 23rd floor of World Trade Center 7. However, they found no one there. Upon contacting superiors via phone, they were told to leave immediately.
As they headed downstairs, they became trapped and had to be rescued by firefighters. Both of them claimed to have heard explosions long before the two towers came crashing down. At one point, even the stairway under them gave way due to an explosion. When they are escorted out by firefighters, Jennings recalls the lobby being in ruins (as if by explosions). He also recalled what he felt like stepping over dead bodies in the darkness.
Jennings died on August 9th 2008, two days prior to the release of the NIST Final Report on the collapse of WTC7. The cause of his death has not been released. His family literally disappeared.
Hunter S. Thompson
In case you are living under a rock, Hunter S. Thompson was a well known hippie-journalist who is best known for chronicling the absurd and irrational in the American way of life. Always contemptuous of authority, Thompson was an early convert to the 9/11 Truth movement. In an August 2002 interview, he says:
And I have spent enough time on the inside of, well in the White House and you know, campaigns and I’ve known enough people who do these things, think this way, to know that the public version of the news or whatever event, is never really what happened.
Paul William Roberts in his Globe and Mail article of Saturday, February 26, 2005 wrote the following:
Hunter telephoned me on Feb. 19, the night before his death. He sounded scared. It wasn’t always easy to understand what he said, particularly over the phone, he mumbled, yet when there was something he really wanted you to understand, you did. He’d been working on a story about the World Trade Center attacks and had stumbled across what he felt was hard evidence showing the towers had been brought down not by the airplanes that flew into them but by explosive charges set off in their foundations. Now he thought someone was out to stop him publishing it: “They’re gonna make it look like suicide,” he said. “I know how these bastards think . . .”
Thompson suicided under mysterious circumstances on 20th February 2005. While many wouldn’t be surprised if Thompson had shot someone else, turning his gun on himself sounds completely unlike the Thompson his readers knew.
Kenneth Johannemann
Kenneth Johannemann worked as a part-time janitor at the World Trade Center when 9/11 happened. He was in the North tower waiting for an elevator when the first explosion occurred. To quote:
I was down in the basement, came down, all of a sudden the elevator blew up, smoke, I dragged the guy out, his skin was hanging on, I dragged him out and I helped him to the ambulance.
On August 31st 2008, Johannemann died of a self-inflicted gunshot wound.
Christopher Landis
Christopher Landis was Operations Manager for Safety Service Patrol at the VDOT (Virginia Department of Transportation). He was responsible for road safety, road closures and maintenance of light poles.
During their investigation, researchers at Pentacon established contact with Landis because they believed that the downed poles near the Pentagon appeared to have been dragged and placed there (as opposed to being knocked down by the hijacked plane). Landis was kind enough to give Pentacon the entire Ingersoll photo collection (Jason Ingersoll was at the Pentagon Navy Annex when 9/11 happened and snapped the most famous high resolution photos of the attack on the Pentagon, although only a few have been made available). On November 16th 2006 (approximately 2.5 months later after supplying Pentacon with the photos), Landis reportedly committed suicide. Pentacon found it very suspicious.
Kurt Vonnegut
American literary icon Kurt Vonnegut is said to have died of natural causes on April 11th 2007. OK, maybe he doesn’t really belong in this list of victims of the 9-11 cover-up. But it is pertinent to mention that just prior to his death, Vonnegut was seriously considering to defect to the 9-11 Truth Movement. Vonnegut had served as an American POW in Dresden, when it was firebombed by the Allies in World War II. He was one of the fiercest critics of President Bush, comparing him to Hitler.
Alex Jones of Infowars.com had mailed Vonnegut videos produced by the 9/11 Truth Movement. In response, he received one of Vonnegut’s hand drawn “doodles” showing a bird cage with the door opened. This could be an indication of a major paradigm shift within Vonnegut. Alex Jones was in the process of scheduling a radio show appearance when Vonnegut died.
Philip Marshall
Former airline pilot Philip Marshall spent ten years independently investigating 9/11, and published his findings in a book entitled The Big Bamboozle: 9/11 and the War on Terror. His central argument is that the Bush administration and the Saudis collaborated on 9/11. He also believed that Osama had died in 2001 (which according to latest analysis, is surprisingly accurate) and that Osama’s role was mainly to take credit of the attack (He was not directly involved). Marshall was dismissive of no-plane theories regarding 9/11. he believed that there were indeed hijackers, and they had trained in Pinal Air Park (Arizona), and that they were later trained by experienced Saudi pilots. He also believed that all planes were intended to strike simultaneously but the hijackers faced delays in taking over the aircraft. His twitter account was active till 31st January 2013, and his Tumblr account’s last entry is dated 24th January 2013. On 2nd February 2013, Philip Marshall and his two children were found dead inside their gated community home in Santa Barbara. The establishment media wants us to believe that Philip Marshall killed his children and then killed himself. Some believe that it was Marshall’s former affiliation with Barry Seal, and not his 9/11 expose which cost him his life.
Other Possible Victims…
Apart from the above victims, there were several other people (some less known) who are very likely to have been victims of the 9/11 cover-up. Some of them are discussed below. This of course excludes non-American victims of the cover-up, who are probably more than the American victims.
Prasanna Kalahasthi: Wife of a Flight 11 passenger, who committed suicide in strange circumstances on 20th October 2001. Some 9/11 Truthers believe that there were no actual passengers on the plane. For example, Kalahasthi’s husband was never even listed on the original flight manifest!
Paul Smith: Pilot of the WABC7 chopper that filmed some dramatic footage of 9/11, died in a car accident on 8th October 2007, that involved a cab ploughing into a sidewalk outside a crowded restaurant..
Michael H. Doran: A lawyer who volunteered to represent victims of 9/11 for compensation. On 28th April 2009, Michael’s private plane crashed into a wooded area.
Salvatore Princiotta: A fireman on the “Ladder 9” fire truck that arrived at the World Trade Center on 9/11. This fire truck was photographed in the curious condition of having all of its windows blown while other parts remained intact. Princiotta was found murdered in his Arizona apartment on May 14th 2007.
Deborah Jeane Palfrey: The DC Madame who led a high end prostitute ring. When Palfrey started singing, she mentioned prior knowledge of 9/11 being ignored. Wayne Madsen believes that she was probably referring to one of her “clients,” Jack Abramoff, entertaining two alleged 9/11 hijackers on his casino boat! Palfrey allegedly committed suicide on 1st May 2008. Alex Jones was so certain that she would be suicided that he had her declare on air that she would not commit suicide. Her suicide note was not in her handwriting.
Wendy Burlingame: The daughter of AA pilot Charles Burlingame whose plane crashed into the Pentagon was killed in a suspicious fire on December 6th 2006.
John Patrick Bedell: The 9/11 Truther was killed on 4th March 2010 at a Pentagon security checkpoint by two Pentagon police officers. We are told that Bedell started shooting first. But it could have been just as likely that he was visiting the Pentagon to further research his 9/11 conspiracy theories.
Gerard Holmgren: The Australian musician who became an Internet activist following 9/11, and pioneered the “no-planes” theory died in unclear circumstances. he is also known for a popular satire on 9/11.
Celebrities and politicians alike both faced career demolishment by questioning the narrative
Other people who had their careers strangled….
Obviously, having one`s career strangled can in no way be equated with loss of life. But here are a few noteworthy cases anyway.
Susan Lindauer: A CIA operative who gave advance warnings about 9/11. After 9/11, she became one of the first non-Arab Americans to be arrested under the patriot act (She was charged with being an Iraqi agent!). In January 2009, the charges were dropped (Her blog).
Charlie Sheen: The ground beneath the Hollywood actor’s feet split when he started pouting on national television that 9/11 was an inside job. Everyone, from ex-spouses to co-stars turned on him.
Cynthia McKinney: Congresswoman who fearlessly joined the 9/11 Truth movement. In March 29th 2006, there was an incident in which she was prevented from entering Capitol Hill. The resulting scuffle was used to discredit her. Since then, she is no longer a Congresswoman.
Rosie O’Donnell: In March 2007, the television talk show host started rambling 9/11 conspiracy theories on her blog. By the end of May, she was kicked off The View.
Sibel Edmonds: A Turkish language translator for the FBI (and new immigrant to America) who was fired in August 2002, after revealing that the FBI had prior knowledge of 9/11 (Her website).
Richard Andrew Grove: In 2000, Grove was an employee of Silverstream software. He discovered that Silverstream was overbilling their biggest client, Marsh and McLennan by nearly $7 million. He was fired and was told to keep quiet not just by his employer but also by those whom he confided to at Marsh and McLennan. He was then invited by Marsh and McLennan to present his evidence at their office on 98th floor of the World Trade Center on the morning of 9/11. Fortunately, he was late for the meeting.
J. Michael Springman: Worked for the visa section of the US consulate in Jeddah (1988-89). He discovered that the consulate was being used to funnel Bin Laden operatives into the United States for training, 15 of the 9/11 hijackers got their US visas through this consulate. He also discovered that the head of the consulate was overturning his denial of visas for unqualified applicants. His contract with the State Department was not renewed after he complained.
Nathan Eccleston: The British footballer is under investigation by the Liverpool football club for an 11th September 2011 tweet that said “I ain’t going to say attack don’t let the media make u believe that was terrorist that did it. #OTIS.” (OTIS is short for Only the Illuminati Succeed).
Tony Farrell: The principal intelligence analyst for the South Yorkshire Police was fired in July 2011 for stating that 9/11 and the 7/7 London bombing were most likely inside jobs.

Jerusalem Peacebuilders
In 2018, Jerusalem Peacebuilders (JPB) partnered with Creating Friendships for Peace (CFP) on a home-stay extension program for Israeli and Palestinian youth participating in JPB's summer institutes. This exciting opportunity introduces Middle East teens to American culture and family life, while strengthening their leadership and peacebuilding skills through examination of the Cyprus conflict between Turkey and Greece.
Creating Friendships for Peace (CFP) brings together teenagers from both Cypriot communities to promote peaceful interaction and understanding between the two groups. CFP is a year-long peace-building and leadership training program in Cyprus, with a four-week cultural exchange component in the United States during the summer.
Program Overview:
The JPB-CFP Home-Stay program features Israeli and Palestinian teens from JPB summer Institutes being selected as "peace pairs" to live in American family homes for an two additional weeks in the USA. The home-stay programs are held in Washington D.C., New Hampshire, and California. Through social meetings and cultural exchanges, community service-projects, visits to government offices and non-profit organizations, and leadership and peacebuilding workshops, the teens will build upon the important progress made in JPB summer institutes.

Stuart Kensinger is the Co-Director and Treasurer of Jerusalem Peacebuilders. He is also director of the JPB Houston Second Year Camp. Stuart has spent over 25 years in the Real Estate Investment and Management business. Stuart spent seven years at Wells Fargo Bank in San Francisco before returning to Houston to run a local private investment company. He has served on a number of boards including the Vestry of Palmer Memorial Episcopal Church, Camp Allen, Kids4Peace International, and Project Row Houses. Stuart holds a BA in English from Yale University and an MBA from the University of Texas at Austin
