If you do not address the original problems and why they happened cyber security is a joke. The DNC actual hack that happened before Seth downloaded was connected to Russia. Why the State Dept under HRC took devices connected to their servers to foreign hostile nations and used them in those nations. Then brought them back and re-linked up their devices to their severs self installing the malware. Then connected to other servers such as the DNC.

Basically pretty simple.
