>If people check that they're not citizens,
If ICE has proof they're illegals, then not checking that box becomes another crime, doesn't it?
Regarding the census, here's a thought (mine only):
If there is a question about citizenship, then an interesting situation develops. Think about this in terms of you visiting some other country in order to really get your head around what's up. All of the following are reasonable (in my mind.):
1) If you are a legal citizen, filling out the census and checking the box that you're a legal citizen is no problem. All legals will do this.
2) If you are here illegally and do not fill out the form, then you can be deported because you are not in the databases for people who filled out census forms or people with valid VISAs.
3) If you are here illegally and you fill out the census form but mark that you are a citizen, you have just broken the law – grounds for extradition.
4) If you are here illegally and you fill out the census form marking that you are illegal, you have just admitted that you should be extradited.
It seems to me this census move is a way to force the hands of all illegals in the country. It generates a paper trail or willful lack thereof that will hold up in court.
This makes sense to me. I'm interested to hear your thoughts. I LOVE YOU FAGGOTS. no homo
>The legal implication is solid. But will it be implemented in time?
We have plenty of time. If it is solid, then it makes the deportation of all illegals happen at some time certain. That's plenty good enough for me. I think there are 10's of millions of illegals. Deporting them would make our economy skyrocket.
