How about giving them 30 days, at the most? Are there only stupid people in those departments that need 6 friggin' months to do their bloody job? If that's the case they shouldn't have that job, should be fired and competent people hired as replacements…and then give those new people 30 friggin' days.

Let's give the criminals - because that is what you are called when you break a law - 6 more months to suck off the American taxpayer, using resources American taxpayers pay large portions of their income to provide for them and their families…but sure, let's let the criminals use American taxpayers hard-earned money and give that money away to criminals.
