What Joke… Why I left that NJ shithole 20+ years ago… In my adopted home State (these past 23 years), currently, a carry permit is $0 (you don't need one, it's a "Constitutional Carry" state), an identification card is $0 (you don't need one), and a gun owner’s permit is $0 (again, you don't need one).
