The 57% of poll respondents who watched FOX feel they understand the report very well, while only26% and 28% of CNN & MsNBC viewers did.

For VOX, this is proof that FOX is 'spinning more better'.

For a thinking person, it shows the level of obfuscation required by two networks in particular to confuse the viewers who trust them as an information source. This is after all, the same report that was released to the public. I wish there were figures for which of the 3 groups actually read any of the report.
