Agreed. Much better than sending them to areas that have winter as that just ends up costing American taxpayers more money as they have to pay for heating the homes of illegals, buying winter clothing for the illegals spawn, paying for snow tires and winterizing of the illegals often stolen cars.
So put them in california where they can just live on the streets like so many 10's of thousands are now. Then American taxpayers at least wont be losing many millions of dollars to keep the dim party's illegals safe and warm during winter.

China informs all the countries and companies shipping garbage to China because of the stupidity of believing the globalist scum's human caused climate change con, that as of the first of the year they will no longer accept shipments of waste.
Nobody believed them because the majority of politicians in north america have a very low opinion of anyone but themselves.
China had no choice. 1 ton bales of what were supposed to be plastic bottles, once broken apart for sorting, turned out to be filled with chairs, pieces of linoleum and other non-recyclable garbage along with, often, hazardous items like paint and turpentine tins - some still with product.
China decided that since foreign companies couldn't be trusted to be even remotely honest that China would no longer accept the garbage from America or Canada or the UK etc.
Now they panic and start sending their garbage anywhere they can so they don't have to face the fact that while we are certainly not powerful enough in any way, shape or form to have any effect on the climate of our planet…but we are certainly able to damage our environment (which isn't the same thing as "climate"), but if one considers pollution as a problem - which I do - then it is easy to see that as a race, we humans, especially those living in "advanced" countries, are just filthy pigs that throw garbage around. Mind you, if it was the environment we were still trying to deal with, then the biggest offenders - the globalist scum companies producing the garbage people throw away willy-nilly, who tear down forests for cows, who pump poison into our waterways - would have to pay - and the little "carbon tax" con set up by the globalist scum so that the nations from whom they have stolen the wealth can steal some more wealth from the nation's citizens to offset the "gifts" to the globalist scum…couldn't happen.
America, Canada, the UK, Germany, France have all had their garbage refused by China…so I think Duterte is not only in the right to refuse Canada's garbage…and America's and the UK's and etc., but also has the right to ship it back if he wants and dumps it all over the vancouver shoreline. But war? That's just stupid. The Filipino community can't afford to lose all the income made, in the Philippines, by all the nannies, housekeepers, musicians and sex workers living and working in other countries and sending that money back to the Philippines.
All countries need to deal with their own garbage. Duterte should realize that and start to deal with the Philippines garbage that is spreading around the world.
