Long Beach is in the Q photo. Seal Beach is in the Q photo. Tenth Street extends from foot of the Seal Beach Pier to HWY 1. Vector drawn from that location (1st & 10) to Standard Hotel / 1138 Wilshire covers a lot of terrain and interdasting landmarks (as Anons have previously noted).
Speculation: if the intersection of HWY 1 and Tenth Street is 1st & 10, then The Standard may be an endzone. ("An" as in one of several, as the game typically has moar than one drive and moar than one scoring opportunity.)
