HOWEVER you should recognie the Q uses scripture for a reason

what is the reason? not cuz its christian - cus its a well known and widely accepted form of faith in god and a higher purpose

 

do not assume chirsitianty per se is the only path to the GA - it surely is not (tho i personally believe jesus is the key player across the entire GA)

if one goes on SCOTUS attitudes of the last 75 or more years the statute would not pass muster as over braod onfringement on the 1st amendment

 

that said if I were AG I would bring it - the questions raised would be litigated and IMO - in this age of 9-11 and all the laws upheld to protect the USA - and the new faces on SCOTUS it would be 50-50 to win and worth the optics if nothing else

and it may well spur congress to take action of some sort - which exposes agendas
