There are 1 & 10 (variations) on street maps of cities on the I-40 (Interstate 40 or "on the 40").
i-40 starts at Barstow and crosses from CA to Arizona near Needles. On the immediate east side of that border is Route 1 above Route 10 (1 & 10) and both are situated above i-40 (on the 40).
Variations of 1 & 10:
1st & 10th Streets.
1st & the tenth street, situated between 9th and 10th but renamed.
Route or HWY 1 & 10th Street.
110 or 101 ~ 1 & 10
Looking along the Interstate 40, which continues to the east coast, there are many such examples that Anons local to those cities or areas might recognize more readily.
A vector can be plotted through The Standard Hotel to Barstow and to Needles and beyond. See pic for a rough version. The vector, beyond CA, would need to be adjusted for curvature of the globe, but it appears to align well with state borders with which it runs parallel.
A: follow the 40 and plot 1 & 10.
B: follow the vector from Standard Hotel (east and west).
